INTERWOOD NP330B Beam Saw

Beam saws are used for cutting sheet materials, the machine keeps the material static and secure with a pressure beam, while the saw moves along on a carriage to cut the sheet materials. 

There are two main types of beam saws:

Front Loading is where the material is fed into the machine from the front and is then drawn into the beam saw. 
Rear Loading is where the material is automatically loaded from stacks at the rear of the saw.

Beam saws nowadays tend to be computerised and often contain optimisation software to give the best yields from materials.
